These terms govern the use of Firehorse Products ("Product") provided by Lifetime Studio.

1. Product Usage

License: Subject to payment of applicable fees, the Customer is granted a license to use the Firehorse Product. Restrictions: The Customer may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Product without express written permission.

2. Updates and Maintenance

Lifetime Studio may provide periodic updates to improve performance or security. The Customer agrees to use the latest available version of the Product to ensure functionality.

3. Intellectual Property

The Firehorse brand, technology, and all associated software remain the exclusive property of Lifetime Studio. Purchasing the Product grants a right of use, not ownership of the technology.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Lifetime Studio disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

Lifetime Studio reserves the right to terminate access to the Product if the Customer violates these terms or fails to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, all usage rights cease immediately.
