Terms of Service for DWS IQ

By accessing or using the DWS IQ platform ("Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Access and License

Grant of License: Lifetime Studio grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use DWS IQ for internal business purposes during the subscription term. SaaS Model: This is a subscription service. No software code is transferred to the Customer.

2. AI & Data Disclaimer

Nature of AI: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Customer acknowledges that AI-generated outputs ("Generations") may be probabilistic and liable to error. Accuracy: Lifetime Studio makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated outputs. Human verification is required for critical decision-making. Input Data: The Customer retains ownership of their data. The Customer grants Lifetime Studio the right to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use DWS IQ to: * Reverse engineer the underlying models or source code. * Generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. * Train other AI models using data extracted from DWS IQ.

4. Service Level & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support is provided according to the subscribed tier.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifetime Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI predictions.
