Partner Requirements & Obligations
All partners must maintain the following baseline standards:
Security & Compliance
- Security certifications: ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials, or equivalent (required for Gold/Platinum; recommended for Silver)
- GDPR compliance: documented data processing procedures, DPO contact, records of processing activities
- Insurance: professional indemnity (€1M minimum for Platinum/Gold), cyber liability insurance (recommended)
- Incident response: 24-hour notification of security incidents, documented response procedures
Operational Requirements
- Quarterly reporting: delivery KPIs, project status, compliance attestation
- Code of conduct: ethics baseline, anti-corruption, conflict of interest disclosure
